Not gonna lie, dealing with the warranty for my Samebike battery was a bit of a patience test. The battery started having issues after a few months, so I reached out to support. They did get back to me, but each reply took a couple of days, and I ended up having to send photos and videos twice.
They did eventually approve the warranty and mail out the replacement part, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. It was just slower than I expected and kind of frustrating in the moment. Glad it got sorted, but the process could definitely be smoother.

I’ve had my Samebike for a few months now, and it still feels really sturdy. The frame seems solid, I haven’t noticed any rattling, and it’s been handling my daily rides better than I expected. Seems like a good buy so far, doesn’t it?

The bike looks decent and it rides fine, so I don’t really have complaints there. But compared to what I was expecting from the battery, it’s been disappointing.

I originally got it for commuting and the occasional weekend ride, but the range drops quicker than I thought, even when I’m not going heavy on the assist. After a few rides, I started comparing the battery percentage to how far I’d actually gone, and it just didn’t feel reliable.
For short trips it might be okay, but for the price I expected a lot more. I feel like I’m charging it way more often than I should be, especially compared with other e-bikes I’ve looked at or used before...

I ordered a bike from samebike.com, and from what I remember, the shipping experience was the part that really let things down. I was expecting it to be fairly quick because the site made it sound like it would arrive within a few days.
Instead, it ended up taking close to three weeks. The tracking barely changed most of the time, so I kept checking and still had no real idea where the bike was. I also remember having to email them more than once before I got a useful response, which made the wait feel even longer.
The bike did eventually arrive, and the box was in decent shape, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But looking back, the delivery process was stressful enough that I’d be hesitant to order from them again unless they improve their shipping updates and timing.

I’ve been disappointed with the motor on small hills. The power drops off really fast, and even when I’m pedaling along with it, the motor still feels like it’s struggling. What’s even more frustrating is that I keep getting different answers about what’s normal or what I should try, so it’s hard to know if this is a real issue or just how it’s supposed to perform...

I’ve been riding it around for a bit now, and the seat is comfortable even on longer rides. It turns nice and smooth for the most part. It can feel a little bumpy on rough paths, but overall I’m happy with it.

The bike itself seems fine so far, but putting it together was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to stop and figure out what the next step was supposed to be. A few parts felt like they were just mentioned out of nowhere, and the pictures didn’t help much. It ended up taking a lot longer than it should have.
